Duties:
Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each case receives the attention and strategy it deserves. Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies that align with client goals. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating passionately for their interests. Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the litigation process.
Requirements:
Experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a minimum of three years in the field. Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care. Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Excellent communication skills to maintain open and effective dialogue with clients throughout the litigation process. Ability to represent clients confidently in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with partners and fellow attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies. Any other languages (Preferred).
