Job Description

A well-established law firm needs a Community Association Attorney to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking for new challenges, a change in their career, or to grow professionally. The Community Association Attorney will perform the following job functions: MUST have experience in Community Association Law.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Research the legal requirements of individual cases
  • Represent clients at arbitration and mediation proceedings
  • Manage Litigation matters
  • Provide legal counsel
  • Research on home owners association topics The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents
  • Knowledge of legal research methods
  • Ability to interpret laws, rulings and regulations
  • Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of litigation processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented The Community Association Attorney should have 1-4 years of experience in Community Association Law, Transactions, Home Owners Associations.
