Job Description

Immigration Case Manager We are a small, two-attorney immigration law office seeking an organized, dependable, and compassionate Immigration Case Manager to assist with client communication, case preparation, deadline management, and day-to-day case organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple cases, and able to work independently while knowing when an issue needs attorney attention. Responsibilities Manage and organize immigration cases under attorney supervision. Track deadlines, hearings, interviews, biometrics appointments, RFEs, and other important case dates. Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document requests, appointments, and outstanding items. Prepare immigration forms and applications for attorney review. Collect, review, and organize supporting documents and evidence. Prepare filing packets, exhibits, indexes, and routine correspondence. Monitor USCIS, EOIR, NVC, and other case-status systems as needed. Maintain accurate electronic client files and case notes. Assist attorneys with preparation for interviews, hearings, and client meetings. Identify urgent issues and promptly bring them to the attorneys' attention. Assist with general office responsibilities, including intake, scheduling, document management, and client follow-up. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish. 2 years of Immigration Experience. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Professional and compassionate client-service skills. Comfortable using computers, PDF software, email, and case-management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. This position works under attorney supervision and does not independently provide legal advice.

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
