Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Real Estate law or Trust law. This role requires excellent writing and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to litigate effectively on behalf of clients. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and managing case files within a collaborative law office environment. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. Responsibilities Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in real estate matters. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Conduct thorough legal research. Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Maintain accurate and organized case files while ensuring compliance with all legal standards. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida bar. Proven experience in real estate law or trust law is preferred. Strong legal writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. Experience in litigation and negotiation is essential. Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and office procedures is a plus.
