Our firm also practices foreclosure litigation, contract indebtedness, and real estate disputes, among other areas of law. The salary will be based on experience and performance. Qualifications Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing. 1 to 3 years, preferred, of experience handling homeowner/condominium association law, foreclosure, or contract indebtedness. Must have a strong knowledge of Florida civil procedures and contested litigation.

Must have excellent legal writing, case management, and courtroom advocacy skills. Must have excellent work ethic. Must have strong communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate with clients, verbally and in writing. Must have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines. Must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy in work product. Must be able to prioritize work as needed and able to meet deadlines. Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). Responsibilities Handle contested residential and commercial foreclosure matters from inception through conclusion. Draft motions, correspondence and attend hearings, mediations, meetings, and trials as needed. Manage caseload efficiently while meeting the client's and the court's deadlines. Advise clients on legal strategies on the case, and inform them of procedural requirements. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.

From $70,000.00 per year
