We are looking to mentor associates who are bright, hard-working, have strong communication skills, and want to work in an active and engaging practice. We strongly believe in training and promoting from within, and we have a Director of Associate Advancement to help you progress in your career with us. The average is 5 years for an associate to earn Partnership. We offer very competitive compensation packages ranging into 6-figures based on experience and excellent growth opportunities.
