Cohen Law Group is seeking an experienced Plaintiff-Side Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Greater Orlando, Florida area. This position is well suited for an attorney with experience handling first-party property insurance litigation who is comfortable managing cases throughout the litigation process and working closely with clients, attorneys, and legal support teams.

Qualifications:

Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar Resides in the Greater Orlando area Experience with first-party property insurance litigation Experience managing cases from pre-suit through litigation and resolution Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation Strong legal research and writing skills Ability to independently manage an active caseload Strong organization, attention to detail, and case-management skills Professional, clear, and effective communication with clients and colleagues Commitment to professional and ethical standards
