Independent Contractor Psychologist Psytegrity, LLC is seeking qualified licensed psychologists to join our growing network of independent contractors conducting pre-employment psychological evaluations for law enforcement and public safety candidates. This is a contract-based, per-case opportunity designed for psychologists who have relevant experience in psychological assessment and are interested in conducting objective, professionally documented evaluations for public safety agencies. Compensation Paid per completed case/evaluation. Case volume and compensation may vary based on agency needs and availability. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive pre-employment psychological evaluations for law enforcement and other public safety candidates Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessment instruments Conduct clinical interviews and integrate information from multiple sources Formulate professional opinions regarding psychological suitability for public safety employment Prepare clear, thorough, and well-supported written evaluation reports Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate professionally with Psytegrity staff and agency representatives as needed Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable professional, ethical, and legal standards Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Active, unrestricted psychologist license in the applicable state Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program Experience conducting psychological assessments and/or evaluations Strong clinical interviewing, assessment, and report-writing skills Ability to provide objective, independent clinical opinions Strong attention to detail and ability to complete reports within established timelines Professional communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Preference may be given to psychologists with: Experience conducting pre-employment psychological evaluations Experience evaluating law enforcement, corrections, first responders, military, or other public safety personnel Familiarity with psychological assessment instruments commonly used in public safety evaluations Experience preparing psychological suitability or fitness-for-duty reports This Opportunity May Be a
