The right candidate will receive training as an attorney to represent clients in Social Security Disability and brief writing. We are looking for someone who is about to graduate or has graduated from law school within the last 2 years, no other legal work experience is required. Our firm is looking for someone with great writing experiences and a love for detail. We are a boutique law firm (13 employees) located in Melbourne, Florida that currently represents over 400 clients throughout Central Florida in appeals before the Social Security Administration and in Federal Court.   • Handle cases from start to finish
  • Maintain and organize medical records
  • Meeting with clients to strengthen cases and get treatment updates
  • Participates in hearings
  • Writes legal arguments at AC and USDC levels
  • Lots of Writing/ and reading to defend our claimants in courts
  • Looking into reasons for losses and communicating with Doctors
  • Preparing medical record request Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage files and documents efficiently
  • Ability to gather relevant information
  • Ability to read and write effectively
  • Ability to utilize
