Job Description

Littleton Joyce Ughetta & Kelly LLP is a litigation boutique with over 20 attorneys and offices in six states servicing a national and diverse complex litigation practice! We are seeking an enthusiastic associate who wants to advance, become a well-rounded trial lawyer in a collegial law firm, and take advantage of the incredible opportunities our firm offers. Candidates can choose among our NYC office (located in the financial district of Manhattan), our Radnor, PA office (located approximately 20 miles outside of Philadelphia), or our Merritt Island, FL office. This is an opportunity to join an exciting law firm, with sophisticated clients and cases, and to have an opportunity to hone your litigation and trial skills with experienced trial litigators in a collegial and supportive environment.
EOE Responsibilities include:
  • Working directly with lead trial counsel on catastrophic cases;
  • Mentoring with senior partners who want you to advance and succeed in the practice and business of law;
  • Attending court conferences, hearings and trials;
  • Taking and defending fact and expert depositions;
  • Performing legal research and drafting motion and briefs, including dispositive motions.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent research, writing and organizational skills;
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience (at a law firm, for a government legal department, or clerking for a judge). Products liability experience preferred;
  • Admission to the state bar of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Florida with active license;
  • Capacity to work from the firm's downtown NYC, Philadelphia, or Merritt Island, FL.
Pay:
From $110,000.00 per year
