A well-established law firm needs a Community Association Attorney to join the team. The Community Association Attorney will perform the following job functions: MUST have experience in Community Association Law.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Research the legal requirements of individual cases
- Represent clients at arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Manage Litigation matters
- Provide legal counsel
- Research on home owners association topics The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents
- Knowledge of legal research methods
- Ability to interpret laws, rulings and regulations
- Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of litigation processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail oriented The Community Association Attorney should have 1-4 years of experience in Community Association Law, Transactions, Home Owners Associations.
