We currently have multiple opportunities available for attorneys with experience in Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Corporate/Business Law/Mergers & Acquisitions . Candidates do not need experience in all four practice areas, only one. We encourage attorneys with a strong background in any one of these areas to apply. These opportunities are particularly well suited for attorneys who enjoy the environment of a smaller or mid-sized firm, where they can work closely with clients, take meaningful ownership of matters, and have greater visibility and impact within the practice. Practice Areas We are interested in speaking with attorneys with experience in one or more of the following: Bankruptcy Law Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters Creditor and/or debtor representation Bankruptcy litigation and contested matters Court appearances, hearings, motions, and case strategy Commercial Litigation Business and contract disputes Complex Commercial Business litigation Discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial preparation Managing cases from initial evaluation through resolution Real Estate Law Commercial and/or residential real estate matters Purchase and sale transactions Leasing and contract matters Title, financing, development, or real estate-related disputes Corporate & Business Law General corporate and business transactions Entity formation and corporate governance Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active and in good standing with The Florida Bar Approximately 2-5+ years of relevant legal experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage matters and deadlines with appropriate independence Strong client-service skills and professional judgment Experience within a Florida law firm environment is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for attorneys who want more than simply processing files. The ideal candidates are interested in becoming an important part of their firm's practice, developing strong client relationships, expanding their legal experience, and growing professionally as the firm continues to grow. Attorneys who have been practicing for a few years and are ready for greater responsibility, mentorship, client exposure, or long-term advancement are especially encouraged to apply.
