This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated business litigation matters within a collaborative and nationally recognized litigation platform. The firm is seeking a motivated, well-rounded associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on substantive responsibility while working closely with partners and clients. The Role Associates in this position will work on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including: Managing written and document discovery Researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and court filings Conducting and defending depositions Preparing witnesses for testimony Appearing for status conferences and hearings Arguing motions in state and federal court Assisting with trial preparation and settlement strategy Experience participating in settlement conferences, negotiations, and trial preparation is strongly preferred. Ideal Background 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Experience handling sophisticated business disputes in state and federal courts Ability to manage multiple matters in a busy, collaborative environment Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials Active Florida Bar admission and good standing required Why This Opportunity Sophisticated national litigation platform High-level commercial litigation matters Significant hands-on experience and client interaction Collaborative and collegial team environment Strong long-term growth potential within a nationally recognized practice

Compensation:
