Seeking a Bilingual Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to handle plaintiff-side MVA and premises liability claims. Our client is seeking a Bilingual Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their team, handling plaintiff-side MVA and premises liability claims.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from intake and medical management through demand and settlement. Handle primarily motor vehicle accident and premises liability injury claims. Communicate case updates and legal concepts clearly with clients in English and Spanish. Draft demand packages, spoliation letters, insurance correspondence, and settlement agreements. Negotiate with insurance adjusters and maintain accurate case files using legal case management software.

Qualifications:

An active Florida Bar license in good standing is required. 1-3 years of hands-on personal injury experience, specifically in pre-suit case handling. Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred. Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, is strictly required. Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, insurance coverage evaluation, demand preparation, medical treatment monitoring, and case management.
