Collaborate with colleagues and experts to gather evidence and prepare for court proceedings. Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case. Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, including plea deals when appropriate. Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and appeals in a timely and accurate manner.
