Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our legal team in a client-facing capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide clients through complex estate planning strategies, probate procedures, trust administration, and related legal matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in estate law and administration and either has experience or willingness to learn business law. This position is perfect for a motivated attorney eager to make a meaningful impact by assisting families with navigating the uncertainty of death and incapacity. While we are seeking a full-time employee, we are open to discussing alternative work arrangements. We do require availability for in-office client meetings at least 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and business succession documents Guide clients through uncontested probate proceedings, including estate administration and fiduciary responsibilities Prepare comprehensive legal drafts and correspondence with clarity and precision Independently conduct client consultation and design meetings Assist clients with inherited property considerations, homestead matters, and coordination related to real estate or business interests as they relate to estate planning and administration Maintain meticulous records of all case activities and client communications in the law office management system (Clio/Lawmatics) Preferred Experience Proven experience practicing estate planning and probate law with a strong understanding of estate administration procedures Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear legal documents and reports Prior legal administrative experience supporting case management and client communication Experience with the firm's software systems:
