Job Description
Clark Partington, a Gulf Coast regional law firm with a professional, collaborative culture and modern work environment is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team in Pensacola. Qualified candidates will be admitted to practice in Florida and have 1-5 years of litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; drafting appropriate pleadings; researching, drafting and arguing motions; and preparing for mediations and trial. Ideal candidates will be able to write effectively, think strategically and critically, and have practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as construction, real estate, contract, employment, directors' and officers' liability, and professional liability.
