Job Description
About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. This is an opportunity for a highly capable attorney with 5+ years of experience who has a strong background in real estate transactions and enjoys working directly with clients and business partners. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and related transactional matters . This person should be comfortable managing sophisticated transactions independently, negotiating agreements, identifying and mitigating risk, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Handle and advise on a broad range of real estate matters Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and related documentation Conduct and oversee due diligence, title, survey, zoning, and other transactional matters Identify legal and business risks and provide practical, solutions-oriented advice Lead negotiations with opposing counsel, brokers, lenders, developers, and other stakeholders Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing Work closely with clients and business partners to understand objectives and develop effective legal strategies Coordinate with outside counsel and other professional advisors as needed Stay current on applicable Florida real estate laws, regulations, and market practices Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar license and good standing 5+ years of relevant real estate legal experience Strong experience with buy/sell transactions and leasing Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Ability to independently manage multiple complex matters and deadlines Strong business judgment and client-service orientation Professional presence and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior leadership Experience in the Palm Beach / South Florida real estate market is a strong plus Work Environment This position is based in our Palm Beach Gardens office . While we value flexibility, the leadership team strongly prefers an attorney who is present and engaged in the office , collaborating directly with the team and business partners. Interested?
