This is a strategic hire to strengthen the firm's construction and design practice serving developers, owners, contractors, and design professionals. Key Responsibilities Counsel clients on construction contracts, project delivery methods, risk allocation, and design professional agreements Handle construction disputes, claims, mechanic's liens, payment issues, and defect litigation Negotiate and draft AIA, ConsensusDocs, and customized construction and design agreements Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and project-related risk management Develop and grow client relationships, referral networks, and the practice's overall presence Qualifications JD from an accredited law school 5 to 7 years of construction and design law experience Florida Bar Board Certification in Construction Law required Portable book of business required Florida Bar admission required
