Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our customers while helping keep our store running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers with a friendly, professional attitude Assisting customers with garment drop-offs and pick-ups Operating the cash register and processing payments Tagging and accurately identifying garments Assembling completed orders for customer pickup Making a daily pickup and drop-off at our local processing plant (optional) Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and work area Answering phone calls and assisting customers with questions Working with the team to ensure every order is completed accurately and on time Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using a computer and point-of-sale (POS) system Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
