Practice areas will include general liability, auto and trucking defense, labor and employment defense, and wrongful death matters. The day-to-day activities of this position will include drafting motions; conducting legal research; providing counsel to clients on current matters; drafting reports; preparing for, attending, and taking depositions; representing clients in court hearings; and preparing for and representing clients at trial. Applicants should have excellent research, writing, and communication skills. The firm is committed to developing and mentoring its attorneys. This is an on-site position.
