Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appellate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively handle complex appellate matters from start to finish. The attorney will work closely with our team to develop compelling legal strategies, prepare persuasive briefs and motions, and advocate effectively on behalf of our clients. Duties Draft, review, and file appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies. Analyze court records and develop compelling appellate arguments that highlight procedural law knowledge and statutory legal research. Engage in client communication to provide updates on case progress and gather necessary information for appeals. Collaborate with colleagues on legal case management tasks to ensure timely filing and adherence to procedural requirements. Maintain detailed records of case activities, research findings, and correspondence to support ongoing litigation efforts.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
