The primary emphasis will be providing legal support to our condominium, cooperative and homeowners' association clientele. While community association experience is preferred, a similar practice area experience will be considered for candidates willing to study and learn the applicable law.

Responsibilities include:

Analyzing community association issues and drafting legal opinions Client relations Interpreting and drafting amendments to governing documents Preparing for and attending board and membership meetings Case law Research Reviewing and modifying service contracts Enforcement of governing documents

Education and Experience:

Florida Bar Member Must have at least 2 years of experience. Community Association/HOA experience is helpful. Successful candidates must have excellent skills in the areas of client relations.
