Responsibilities:

Provides legal counsel on issues, including, but not limited to, compliance matters and physician employment matters. Exercises judgment and discretion to anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the medical group. Conducts and coordinates research into a variety of legal issues pertaining Represents the medical group in various legal proceedings. Provides analysis and counsel on legal, policy and environmental issues, including proposed new products and services. Provides counsel on intellectual property, acquisitions, financial structuring, non-disclosure agreements and business strategic planning. Drafts Legal Documents, Real Estate, Leases Develops and recommends operating policies and procedural improvements for the medical group. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all legal concerns Participates in the acquisition and growth activities for the medical group, including investigations, evaluations and negotiations in accordance with overall objectives and plans.
