About the role: Malatesta Law Office, an employment firm in Venice, FL, is hiring a full-time Associate Attorney for our growing labor and employment practice. Recent law school graduates and bar candidates are encouraged to apply. We litigate federal employment cases across Florida — discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims under the ADA, Rehabilitation Act 504, Title VII, ADEA, FCRA, and FLSA — frequently working from EEOC charges and right-to-sue letters.
What You'll Do:
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct legal research and case analysis Prepare EEOC charges and pre-suit demands Communicate directly with clients and manage active matters Support litigation in all three Florida federal districts and AAA arbitration
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Admitted to the Florida Bar, or eligible to sit for an upcoming bar exam Strong legal writing and research skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a busy caseload Plaintiff-side or employment law interest a plus (not required) About Us Attorney Jobs in USA heartily welcomes you.
