Role Description Due to continued growth, Adams | Coogler is seeking experienced General Liability Defense Litigation and Medical Malpractice Attorneys for multiple full-time positions. We are currently hiring for in-person roles in our West Palm Beach office. Attorneys will be responsible for managing all aspects of general liability defense cases, including drafting motions, attending court hearings, conducting depositions, facilitating trial preparation, and providing expert-level representation. The role involves working closely with clients, associates, and partners to develop litigation strategies and deliver exceptional results on behalf of our clients. Qualifications Strong foundation and expertise in Law, including a Juris Doctor degree and membership in The Florida Bar. Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions and legal documentation. Experience navigating legal procedures within Courts, including participating in hearings and negotiations. Proven skills in conducting Trials and representing clients effectively during court proceedings. Hands-on experience in Depositions, including preparing clients and witnesses or examining parties. Excellent research, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in civil defense litigation or general liability is strongly preferred.
