Job Description

Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., a long-established and highly regarded Winter Park law firm, is seeking an experienced real estate litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in real estate litigation. Experience should include all phases of legal disputes including filings, discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; taking and defending depositions and advocating in state and federal court. The candidate must be conscientious, extremely detail-oriented and have strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills. Position requires the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize appropriately, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic real estate litigation practice. No portable business is required, but a plus. Candidate must be a member of the Florida bar. Qualifications:
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Florida Bar required and active admission in good standing Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Professional, client-service oriented demeanor Ability to manage multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
