Compensation:

$150,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective representation. Collaborate with our team to develop strategic legal approaches that align with the firm's values and client goals. Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex legal processes with confidence. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Stay informed on the latest developments in family law, integrating new insights into practice to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience in family law with a minimum of five years managing diverse caseloads. Ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys, fostering a culture of growth and learning. Proven track record of successful client advocacy in court proceedings and negotiations. Strong skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail and compliance. Ability to provide empathetic and clear guidance to clients navigating complex legal processes. Experience collaborating with legal teams to develop strategic approaches aligned with client goals.
