⁠​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌⁠ Represent the State of Georgia professionally by developing and presenting criminal cases from inception to final resolution with appearances before the judges within the Augusta Judicial Circuit, comprised of Burke and Richmond Counties.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Timely drafting of charges, preparing files by contacting and interviewing witness and victims, developing legal strategies. Attending hearings as directed. Conducting trials and handling post-convictions matters. Provide appropriate legal advice to law enforcement agencies. Other related duties as assigned.
