Qualifications:
4 + years of litigation experience (our firm has many practice area) Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, motions, and written discovery Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on cases in a team setting Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments Active membership and ability to practice law within the state of Georgia Motivated to learn and grow
Responsibilities:
Propounding and responding to discovery Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements Manage your own cases
