Yeom | Baek, LLC, a Duluth based law firm specializing in real estate, estate planning and business law is seeking an attorney to join our rapidly growing firm. The right candidate will primarily manage real estate matters and other related tasks. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct commercial and residential closings; Manage a high volume of purchase and refinance closings; and Handle matters in other areas of practice including estate planning and business law. Required Professional Qualifications Member of the Georgia Bar Additional Qualifications Must be able to travel for out-of-office closings; Must be able to communicate clearly with clients and explain loan documents in a professional manner; Must have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; and Must be able to balance a high volume of closings.
