Case Manager for Personal Injury Attorney - Duluth/Atlanta Offices

Established in 1989, Kenneth S. Nugent, PC ("KSN") is one of Georgia's largest plaintiff personal injury law firms, serving clients through nine offices across the state. For more than three decades, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and outstanding client service. We are currently seeking experienced Personal Injury Case Managers to join our growing team in our Atlanta and Duluth offices. The ideal candidate MUST have 2+ years of experience working with personal injury law. As a case manager at Ken Nugent, you will be the direct contact to the clients.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients consistently throughout the case Work with clients to get medical records, accident reports, and other documents Analyze records and reports Coordinate client health care providers and confirm appointments are being attended by our client(s) Document notes/tasks in case management software Provide quality client service Work with all team members (Settlement Clerks, Paralegals, Attorney) to create best outcome for our clients

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

Demonstrated history of professional stability, longevity, and tenure with previous employers Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various individuals Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a team Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information Bilingual - Ability to speak/write fluently in Spanish is a plus

Education & Experience:

At least 2+ year as a case manager, settlement clerk or other legal support role At least 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (experience must be on the plaintiff side of personal injury litigation, not the medical or defendant side) High school diploma required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred • We will only request resumes via Indeed email for those who meet ALL the requirements!!!
