Song in Duluth, Georgia, is seeking a Korean-English bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our employment-based immigration practice. The position covers a broad range of business and employment-based immigration matters, including E-2, L-1, and H-1B nonimmigrant classifications; EB-1C, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant petitions; PERM labor certification; and employment-based Adjustment of Status (AOS) filings. Responsibilities Handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including PERM labor certification, E-2, L-1, H-1B, EB-1C, EB-2, and EB-3 cases. Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. Assist clients with employment-based Adjustment of Status (AOS) filings and related applications. Advise corporate and individual clients regarding immigration requirements, procedures, and case strategy. Review client documentation and identify additional evidence needed for case preparation. Conduct legal research regarding immigration laws, regulations, and agency guidance. Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other government correspondence. Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation requirements, and next steps. Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure cases are prepared accurately and filed on time. Monitor case deadlines and maintain organized case records. Communicate with USCIS, the Department of Labor, U.S. consulates, and other government agencies as necessary. Qualifications

PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND KOREAN REQUIRED

Active license and good standing with a U.S. state bar. Recent J.D. graduates and Bar applicants may apply Interest in or experience with employment-based immigration law. Familiarity with business immigration matters such as PERM, E-2, L-1, H-1B, or employment-based immigrant petitions is preferred but not required. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with corporate and individual clients. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.
