Compensation:

$150,000 - $400,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Serve as legal counsel on the clients' behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system

Qualifications:

Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred Computer proficiency is essential About Company Our team culture requires being an "A" Player.
