$200,000 - $250,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney. This role involves handling a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including closings, title review, and client counseling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing transactions from contract through post-closing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, agents, and developers. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing Conduct and review title searches; resolve title issues and prepare title opinions Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, deeds, closing documents, and related agreements Oversee and conduct real estate closings, ensuring compliance with Georgia law Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders Ensure accuracy and completeness of all closing documentation and file records Handle post-closing matters, including recording and title policy issuance Stay current on Georgia real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar 6+ years of experience in real estate law (residential and/or commercial closings preferred) Strong knowledge of Georgia real estate transactions, title work, and closing procedures Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail A bit about us: - Experienced, knowledgeable and reliable legal counsel is the key to understanding the law, your rights and any legal options you may face.
