Join Our Team We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide to provide hands-on personal care and daily support while helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. What You'll Do Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living. Provide meal, hydration, and dining support as needed. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the appropriate clinical team member. Provide companionship, reassurance, and respectful emotional support. Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance. What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, patient, and residentcentered approach. Preferred Experience Previous assisted living, memory care, home care, longterm care, or healthcare experience preferred. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
