Role:
This is an in-person Associate Attorney position focused on leading Planning Sessions with prospective clients. You'll work directly with and learn from Attorney Adela Iturregui, stepping into a client-facing role where your ability to connect, guide, and build trust matters just as much as your legal knowledge. We leverage modern technology, automation, AI, and streamlined systems so our attorneys can spend more time advising clients and less time buried in paperwork. This is not a back-office drafting role. This is the front line of the firm.
What You'll Do:
Lead our signature 90-120 minute Planning Sessions with prospective clients. Review intake materials and client goals ahead of time Guide families through estate planning options in clear, practical language Build trust and help clients make confident decisions Submit clear post-meeting notes and recommendations. Our experienced drafting and administrative team prepares the documents, allowing you to spend your time doing what you do best - advising clients.

Attorney Licensed in Georgia Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) Naturally curious and an excellent listener. Comfortable discussing finances, family dynamics, and difficult life decisions. Compensation:
Part-Time Hourly Position $50/hour for paid training, shadowing, and team meetings $150/hour for client-facing Planning Sessions and other attorney work Performance-based bonuses Paid weekly Schedule This is a part-time, in-person position. Planning Sessions are scheduled based on client demand, with opportunities to grow into additional hours as the firm continues to expand. The ideal candidate enjoys flexibility and is looking to build a long-term relationship with a growing firm.
Expected schedule:
8-20 hours per week initially, with opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows.
