This role focuses on personal injury litigation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death matters, handling cases from intake through resolution while advocating for injured plaintiffs in pre-suit and litigation stages.

Offer:

Qualifications:

Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar 3+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters Experience managing a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial Strong negotiation and litigation skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers

Responsibilities:

Managing a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Conducting depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Advising clients on case strategy, exposure, and settlement options Collaborating with support staff to ensure timely and effective case progression For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
