Demonstrate strong legal reasoning and case management skills to develop and execute long-term case plans, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and ensuring data accuracy and adherence to procedures. REQUIREMENTS

An active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association Builds strong working relationships. Strong negotiation skills Experience and comfort, with technology, and adaptable to new technologies. Demonstrated success in multitasking and teamwork while maintaining initiative. Fundamental knowledge of case, statutory, regulatory, and common law Fundamental knowledge of judicial procedures and the rules of evidence Fundamental knowledge of medical record reviews to evaluate the client's injuries. Fundamental knowledge in litigation, including drafting pleadings & motions, conducting discovery, depositions & mediations, and developing case strategies/trial preparation.

Skilled legal analyst:

 Combines abilities to interpret legal documents, analyze evidence, and form clear arguments.

Compelling communicator:

 Emphasizes strong oral and written communication for arguments and presentations.
