The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its Continuing Care Department at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center, a tertiary care center located 5 miles from downtown Honolulu. Position Highlights Exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician to care for patients in a variety of settings - post-acute, hospice and palliative care Multi-disciplinary approach in care delivery with high degree of collaboration Flexible schedule Excellent work-life balance in a tropical setting Position Qualifications BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board certified or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred 5 years of experience preferred Hawaii Permanente offers an excellent benefit package Air, Housing, Car
