Job Description

A growing law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, wealth preservation, and trust matters. Responsibilities Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies Conduct client consultations and develop customized estate plans Assist with trust administration and probate matters Review and update existing estate plans as needed Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing legal guidance Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the state bar 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred Strong knowledge of trusts, estates, and probate law Excellent drafting, communication, and client service skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive compensation Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays For additional information on this opportunity, please contact Caitlin Coleman directly at 440-266-3562.
