A respected law firm is seeking an Employment & Litigation Attorney to join its Litigation Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation while serving as a trusted advisor to businesses, governmental entities, and individuals. 🔹 What You'll Do

• Manage civil litigation from case assessment through trial, appeal, or resolution
• Represent clients in litigation, investigations, administrative proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
• Advise employers on federal, state, and local employment laws
• Counsel clients on workplace investigations, employee relations, accommodations, leave, wage & hour matters, discipline, and terminations
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, agreements, and related documents
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development and practice growth 🔹 What We're Looking For ✅ J.
