Essential Duties Lead the Iowa architecture team with ownership for its continued growth, development, and success while contributing to the broader direction of ISG's architecture practice. Grow and strengthen client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, expanding existing partnerships, and identifying new opportunities. Lead project and design efforts from initial concept through completion, bringing strong architectural judgment and a client-focused approach to every project. Build and develop your team by attracting talent, mentoring emerging professionals, delegating meaningful responsibility, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. Own project performance, including budgets, work plans, contracts, quality control, and delivery while maintaining strong design standards. Leverage ISG's multidisciplinary expertise to pursue innovative opportunities, collaborate across geographies, and deliver impactful solutions for clients and communities.
