Full-Time About the Firm A rapidly growing downtown Boise law firm is seeking a skilled Transactional Attorney to join a dynamic, highly active practice. The firm serves clients across a diverse range of legal needs, offering a collaborative environment that prioritizes professional growth alongside genuine work-life balance through realistic billable hour requirements. Key Practice Areas Business Formations & Corporate Transactions Real Estate & Property Law Employment Law Negotiations & Contract Drafting Estate Planning Civil Litigation (cross-functional support as needed)
