Full-Time; In Office About the Role A premier law firm in Coeur d'Alene is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a driven advocate looking for hands-on mentoring, direct client interaction, and a transparent path to partnership within a highly collaborative work culture. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution or trial. Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs. Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations. Work alongside senior partners while building and nurturing your own client relationships. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of civil or commercial litigation experience. Strong academic credentials and a proven professional record. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
