This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse mix of litigation and transactional matters tailored to your specific background and professional interests. You will work on varied caseloads while independently managing client matters from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage client cases independently, overseeing both transactional tasks and litigation processes from start to finish. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and estate plans. Provide high-level analytical support, legal research, and strategic advice on client matters. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Collaborate with firm colleagues on complex cases while maintaining individual initiative. Qualifications & Skills Active license to practice law in the state of Idaho (required). 2+ years of legal experience in business/real estate transactions, construction law, civil litigation, probate, or estate planning. Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
