Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing Idaho law practice. This is an opportunity for a confident litigator who is ready to take ownership of their cases, work directly with clients, and have a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to manage litigation independently, is comfortable in the courtroom, and enjoys having the autonomy to develop case strategy and move matters forward without constant supervision. The Opportunity Independently manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Handle discovery, depositions, motions, briefing, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation Represent clients in court and participate in hearings and trials Develop litigation strategies and work directly with clients throughout their matters Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and briefs Potential to take on mentoring and leadership responsibilities as the practice continues to grow Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Idaho Bar membership and good standing Demonstrated hands-on civil litigation experience Comfortable managing cases with a high degree of independence Strong courtroom, research, writing, and negotiation skills Strong communication and client relationship skills Construction, business, contract, or insurance dispute experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary, based on experience Uncapped profit-sharing opportunity Compensation structure can be tailored based on experience, production, and portable business
