Position:
Litigation Associate Attorney Locations:
Pocatello, ID Position Type:
Full-Time About the Firm A prominent, well-established Idaho law firm is seeking multiple full-time Associate Attorneys to join its growing offices in Pocatello and Burley. The firm offers a full-service litigation practice, providing attorneys with an extraordinary opportunity to build deep courtroom experience across both civil and criminal dockets in a supportive, team-driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing Personal Injury & Wrongful Death:
Manage injury files from initial investigation through resolution—evaluating damages, directing medical record reviews, taking/defending depositions, and conducting settlement mediations.
Civil Rights Litigation:
Manage federal court dockets involving constitutional tort claims, conducting in-depth legal research and drafting key filings (including briefings on qualified immunity issues).
Property, Construction & Commercial Disputes:
Handle real estate litigation, boundary and title disputes, construction defect matters, mechanic's liens, and breach-of-contract claims.
Criminal Defense Advocacy:
Represent clients facing state misdemeanor and felony charges, preparing evidentiary suppression motions, negotiating plea agreements, and trying cases before juries.
Domestic Relations, Estates & Probate:
Advocate for clients in contested divorces, custody matters, and asset divisions, while also drafting estate plans and guiding families through formal probate administration.
What We Offer Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 base salary (DOE)
