Key Responsibilities Manage a sophisticated family law caseload with a high degree of autonomy. Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional legal guidance and representation. Contribute to business development, client acquisition, and overall firm growth. Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans. Help shape office culture, workflows, and future practice development. Represent the firm with professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to high-quality legal service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar. Significant experience practicing family law. Demonstrated experience handling complex family law matters independently. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and a substantial caseload. Leadership or team-management experience strongly preferred. Established book of business or demonstrated business-development capabilities preferred for Partner-level candidates.
