Senior-Level Family Law Attorney or Partner Position Over We are seeking a Senior-Level Family Law Attorney or established Partner to join a growing and collaborative family law practice. This opportunity is designed for an experienced legal professional who is ready to move beyond traditional firm structures and take meaningful ownership of their practice, team, cases, and long-term career trajectory. The ideal candidate is a strategic, entrepreneurial attorney who wants the autonomy to lead, build, and grow within a supportive firm environment while having a direct impact on the firm's future direction. Key Responsibilities Manage a sophisticated family law caseload with a high degree of autonomy. Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Lead and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff as the practice grows. Build and manage a team aligned with your practice and leadership style. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional legal guidance and representation. Contribute to business development, client acquisition, and overall firm growth. Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans. Help shape office culture, workflows, and future practice development. Identify opportunities to expand services, strengthen processes, and improve the client experience. Represent the firm with professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to high-quality legal service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar. Significant experience practicing family law. Demonstrated experience handling complex family law matters independently. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and a substantial caseload. Leadership or team-management experience strongly preferred. Established book of business or demonstrated business-development capabilities preferred for Partner-level candidates. Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and growing a practice.
