You'll work alongside accomplished attorneys across multiple disciplines while advising developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and business owners on complex commercial real estate matters. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and investment transactions.

Structure, negotiate, and document sophisticated purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, easements, and related real estate agreements.

Counsel developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and business owners on strategic real estate matters and risk management issues.

Develop and maintain client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the Real Estate practice.

Partner with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions for real estate clients.

Qualifications / Nice

to Have Must Have J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.

Significant commercial real estate experience in a law firm environment.

Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and related transactional real estate matters.

Experience independently managing client relationships and sophisticated legal matters.

Existing book of business or demonstrated business development success. Nice to Have Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, or tenants.

Experience handling commercial financing, development, or investment transactions.

Experience with complex real estate portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.

Experience mentoring junior attorneys or leading complex matters. Benefits

• Base compensation: $235,000 - $300,000
  
• Additional compensation through income origination and income allocation
  
• Annual profit-sharing contributions historically ranging from $10,000 - $28,000

Non-Equity Partner:

Generally targeted toward attorneys with a portable book of business of $250,000+.

Equity Partner:

Generally targeted toward attorneys with a portable book of business of $750,000+.
